The main research areas to be discussed at MASR - 2011 are:The consideration of methods of quantitative estimation, analysis, forecasting and management of risk and efficiency in economics, engineering and medicine;Consideration of I3 – technologies (intellectual, informational, innovative) for management of risk and efficiency in social and economic systems;Development of logical and probabilistic (LP) models for successful decision of complex problems;Consideration of classes of LP-models of risk and efficiency and procedures of I3 - technologies;I3 – technology software;Applications of I3 - technologies in economics and engineering;The development of relations between different areas of risk theory application.The scientific program includes lectures and software demonstrations. Plenary sessions and three sections "Risk Models in Economics and Finance", "Risk Models in Engineering and Ecology", "Risk Models in Medicine" will be organized.Materials of conference will be published as hard copy Proceedings.
