The educational objective of the Summer School on Perioperative Intensive Care, to be held in Budapest (Hungary) in July 2011, will be to provide up to date informations on the hottest and most controversial topics in perioperative intensive care including: - Perioperative haemodynamics - Postoperative infections - Perioperative interventions - Cellular, biochemical aspects of surgery - Postoperative complications In addition to lectures, the course will held a hands on simulation workshop on hemodynamic and ventilatory management of the critically ill.
