NygaardLynn is American and has more than a decade of experience as an author’s editor for scholars, helping academics from all disciplines formulate their ideas and prepare their work for publication. She has a BA from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Master’s degree in political science from the University of Oslo. She regularly holds workshops on scholarly writing and grant writing, and has recently published the book “Writing for Scholars: A Practical Guide to Making Sense and Being Heard” (a free copy is included for participants).Angela DoveAngela is from England and is a published writer and experienced in proofreading, redrafting and editing. For the past decade she has been a consultant for the cultural sector, working with many organisations including The BBC, The Museums Libraries and Archives Council, and English Heritage. She is a trainer for the Chartered Institute of Information Professionals. Since 2002 as visiting lecturer at The Cass Business School, City University London, she is actively involved in research including writing academic papers, as well as teaching and learning innovation.Eamonn McDonaghEamonn is from Ireland and has more than 20 years of experience in English language teaching in language institutes, schools and universities in Argentina, Italy, Turkey, Korea, the Netherlands and the UK. He took a degree in History and Political Science from the National University of Ireland, Galway and later received an MA in TEFL from the University of Reading in the UK.To give you full value and to facilitate an encouraging work environment, we only accept 15 participants at the symposium.The symposium targets academics within social science.
