STREAM Water Summer School Barcelona

A first summer school, addressed to young researchers and SMEs water practitioners will be held in Barcelona between the 26th - 30th of September 2011

The first summer school organized by STREAM project is getting closer!The programme, addressed to researchers and SMEs water practitioners, consists of an intensive 5-day training in Barcelona, free of charge*, from the 26th to the 30th September 2011. Registrations open until the 5th of SeptemberYoung researchers from private/public research institutes and water experts from SMEs operating in the water technologies field are invited to apply for taking part in this year summer school. You can submit your application via the online form on STREAM websiteThe registration is still open until the 5th of September and the selection process will start just after. All selected participants will be informed by the 16th of September.  So, don’t lose this opportunity to be involved in STREAM Summer School and SEND US YOUR APPLICATION NOW!During the Summer School, participants will have the possibility to meet and share experiences with high-level experts of water resource management, framework legislation, as well as technology and research innovation. The summer school program includes lectures, field visits and practical training for participants. About STREAMThe STREAM project (Sustainable Technologies and Research for European Aquatic Management) is funded by the European Commission under the FP7- Environment. The consortium is composed of Minerva Consulting and Communication (BE), coordinator, and European Water Partnership (EWP), Europe for Business (EFB) and Menon Network. The project aims to support the development and the adoption of water technologies and raise awareness on the finding of research projects and address tailored information to specific categories of stakeholders.STREAM organizes the summer school in collaboration with: Competitiveness for Catalonia (ACC1Ò), Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), Centro Tecnológico de Manresa, Enterprise Europe Network (CTM) and Catalan Water Partnership (CWP).We are looking forward to welcoming you in Barcelona! * The full course is free of charge but no reimbursement is foreseen for travels and accommodation expenses.
