Breakfast Week 2011

Breakfast Week is part of CEEREAL’s long-standing commitment to keeping all European stakeholders informed about the importance of healthy breakfast habits, and the ongoing contribution the breakfast cereal and oat milling industries are making within the areas of nutrition and health.This year’s Breakfast Week will be held on 18th and 19th October (8 to 10.30 am) in the European Parliament, and will be hosted by Jo Leinen MEP, Chair of the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Food Safety. It will once again explain the role of breakfast cereals as part of a healthy diet and lifestyle, with a specific focus on nutrition and related topics.
