The Department of Food Science (DISA) of the University of Bologna is hosting MAITRE media training seminar “Meeting the Media” the 5th – 6th July 2012 in its premises in Cesena, Italy. DISA teaches courses for bachelor and master degrees within the Faculty of Agriculture, other Faculties of the University of Bologna and other Italian Universities, and it is the perfect location to gather food researchers and nutrition scientists.By standing on common ground with media experts, participating scientists will familiarise themselves with the inner functioning of broadcast, print and online media, as a way to better disseminate their scientific results.
