The “State of Europe” VIP roundtable will feature José Manuel Barroso and Herman Van Rompuy, and will be chaired by our president Viscount Étienne Davignon. It is organised in partnership with the Cyprus EU Presidency, the Financial Times, the American Chamber of Commerce to the EU, Vodafone, Huawei and EU40, and will bring together some 100 high-level discussants, including several EU Commissioners, 50+ MEPs and MPs, and over a dozen ministers and deputy ministers.
