The context and content of the SRIA will be presented at the Centro Italiano Ricerche Aereospaziali (CIRA).  CIRA  was created in 1984 to manage PRORA, the Italian Aerospace Research Program, and uphold Italy’s leadership in Aeronautics and Space.The SRIA is the new roadmap for aviation research, development and innovation, and outlines the main threads of technical, operational and strategic actions to achieve the ambitious goals set by Flightpath 2050 (Europe’s vision for Aviation beyond 2020). The Advisory Council for Aeronautics Research and Innovation in Europe (ACARE) has been developing the SRIA through the involvement and consultation of major aeronautics and air transport stakeholders.  The SRIA will be promoted throughout Europe with additional high level events, for which further information can be found on AERA.Pro website.
