Young SIETAR presents: Nurturing Interconnectednes

Young SIETAR presents: Nurturing Interconnectedness through the Power of Storytelling Join us for this free Webinar on December 12th

Through the use of parables, short stories and narratives, this workshop will explore a variety of ways that interculturalists and cross cultural specialists can use story as a way to connect across cultural difference.   Stories can help to build a bridge between the sociological, abstract dimensions and the individually lived, personal dimensions on which culture functions.  Culture can be unpacked through story in ways that are more accessible than abstract analysis alone.  "Storytelling is the thread which is woven deep in our lives, our conscious, our humanity. It has the power to bring understanding amongst the peoples of the world. Tell and listen." -- Antonio Rocha Presenter: Kelli McLoud-Schingen, M.A., President, KMS Consulting specializes in global diversity and inclusion, storytelling, cross-cultural communication, conflict resolution/mediation and teambuilding.
