Mr Jean-Pierre Lentz, Policy Officer from the DG Enterprise and Industry, Aeronautics, naval and defence industries, European Commission, will present the context and content of the SRIA at the ATC Global (Amsterdam, The Netherlands).For the past 22 years, ATC Global has been committed to serving the global air traffic management community, facilitating business partnerships and knowledge sharing between industry colleagues. It is an international event developed through extensive industry consultation and provides a complete and independent view of the skies.The SRIA is the new roadmap for aviation research, development and innovation, and outlines the main threads of technical, operational and strategic actions to achieve the ambitious goals set by Flightpath 2050 (Europe’s vision for Aviation beyond 2020). The Advisory Council for Aeronautics Research and Innovation in Europe (ACARE) has been developing the SRIA through the involvement and consultation of major aeronautics and air transport stakeholders.  The SRIA will be promoted throughout Europe with additional high level events, for which further information can be found on AERA-Pro website.
