ERA‘s EU competition law workshops in Brussels aim to provide a deep analysis of key concepts of European antitrust law. For each topic, the latest trends, the recent case law and the main challenges will be presented and debated by high-level speakers.ObjectiveThis workshop will identify the challenges for the enforcement of Article 102 TFEU in light of new kinds of behaviour by undertakings in a dominant position. The characteristics of such behaviour and that of the markets in which they take place will be analysed taking into account the most recent cases at EU level.
