After going through a simple exercise, you will be encouraged to pursue a new way of thinking - a method to ensure that you get started in the right way. You will then further develop your proposal concept by designing a work plan with work packages, a Gantt chart and PERT diagram, creating an ideal consortium and a realistic budget.Evaluation of ProposalsBecome an evaluator and see if you will give the same scores as the evaluators gave our proposals in real life. Try to find a compromise during the consensus meetings with your other fellow evaluators. Understand how the evaluators think, what they consider – it will help you put together better proposals.
