Last year’s edition was unprecedented in terms of the level of participants in Central and Eastern Europe.The conference raised widespread positive feedback from over 150 participants who attended from the private, public and NGO sectors. The event aims to gather companies and organizations, improving their own efforts towards compliance and to urge businesses to respond to the ethical challenge by setting common principles.This year the event will focus on the importance of compliance and integrity to achieve business success,and aims to further favour networking and the diffusion of ethical practices and ideas by introducing an innovative side activity: Integrity Window.The Integrity Window, composed by professionals, experts and enthusiasts in the field, will provide attendees with an informal opportunity to share ideas, report confidentiality and whistle-blowing issues through a 1-to-1 Q&A session, which will benefit them in the form of developing their understanding of business ethics. Organizations have the opportunity to be represented in the Integrity Window with a separated stand or table. They can provide petty advisory, share direct experiences and offer brief consultancy.
