The 'Internet Opportunity' will examine how Internet technologies help to transform Europe's industry and society. A major new report entitled "The Internet – the New Helping the Old" will be launched at the conference followed by discussion amongst key European policymakers including Vicky Ford MEP and Marietje Schaake MEP together with speakers from the European Commission, the Allegro Group, Google, the Lisbon Council and CDT. The conference is organised by EDiMA (the European Association representing online platforms) and CCIA (the Computer and Communications Industry Association) and is supported by a wide range of stakeholders working on Internet matters.
