Recent Case law of the ECtHR in the area of personal data protection and privacy

Participants will have the opportunity to visit the European Court of Human Rights.

ObjectiveThe seminar will focus on the most recent jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) related to personal data protection and the right to privacy.Over the last few years the ECtHR has had a raising number of cases related to proportionate and disproportionate interferences with personal data protection and privacy rights.
