In this final event of the Diabetes Literacy Consortium key research outcomes will be presented, including the state of art of diabetes self-management education in Europe. Main messages at European policy level will be discussed. The event is organised back-to-back to the 3rd European Health Literacy Conference (3EHLC) that will take place on 18-19 November 2015 in the same venue: the Management Center Europe in Brussels.Registration for the Diabetes Literacy conference will begin at 9 am, the conference will run from 9.30 am - 12.30 pm and will be closed with a networking lunch. Participants in this final event are invited stakeholders.
