This workshop will examine common sources of stress, the stress response, signs of stress, and the importance of self-care and social support.

Overview:Avoiding burnout requires a commitment to regular stress management, self-care, and leading a balanced life. When it comes to burnout, prevention is the best approach. This workshop will examine common sources of stress, the stress response, signs of stress, and the importance of self-care and social support. Burnout and compassion fatigue will also be addressed along with the lifestyle, work, and personality factors that contribute to burnout.
