This course is for absolute beginners. It aims to give participants a basic knowledge of reading, listening, spoken and written skills in a dynamic and communicative way, through individual, pair and group work and pre-recorded and authentic texts. The focus is on accuracy as well as communication. Course participants will be expected to use the range of resources available to during the training and to communicate with native speakers wherever possible, in order to develop cultural competence.This full-week course is designed for teachers and support staff, and aims to improve knowledge and understanding of the target language and culture. The course methodology encourages participation, sharing of good practice and reflection of teaching methodologies applied in the classroom.This course is funded by Erasmus+.
