Moving Entrepreneurship Education Forward in Europe - Webinar hosted by SEECEL

Join us for the first EE-HUB webinar () hosted by SEECEL

Background
Entrepreneurship education is increasingly becoming a priority for governments throughout Europe. Providing entrepreneurship education at all levels of education (from pre-school through to higher education) is not about teaching children and youth how to launch a business – it is about equipping them with knowledge, skills and attitudes that will enable them to confidently ‘turn ideas into action’. The entrepreneurship competence is thus equally valuable competence in business, non-profit and public administration settings.

Webinar focus and speakers
As one of the consortium members leading the European Entrepreneurship Education NETwork (known as the EE-HUB), the South East European Centre for Entrepreneurial Learning (SEECEL) will be organising a webinar to bring this topic closer to the wider public. Featuring international expert panelists working in the area of entrepreneurship education, the webinar will present good practices, identify success factors and reflecting on challenges in implementing entrepreneurship education.

Featuring experts:

  • Mirela Andoni,  Education expert, Institute of Education Development in Albania. Mirela has been working on curricula development and in service teacher qualification for pre-university education.
  • Anthony Gribben, Head of Enterprise and Entrepreneurship, European Training Foundation. Anthony has been a policy advisor to the European Commission and OECD on entrepreneurship education since 2004.
  • Radmil Polenakovik is the Professor on Entrepreneurship, Small Business Management, Innovation Management at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and the Founder and President of the National Centre for Development of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Learning in Macedonia
