The reliance of society on the use of Information Communications Technology (ICT) devices and systems is constantly increasing. Presently ICT takes over 4% of all electricity consumption and is responsible for over 2% of all CO2 emission.

We expect original scientific contributions in the form of short oral presentations and posters on the topics of the five sessions of the conference:

• ​Session I: Fundamental limits in energy consumption of computing
• Session II: Novel architectures and devices for energy efficient computing
• Session III: Efficient Energy harvesting for autonomous devices
• Session IV: Energy aware software
• Session V: HPC energy constraints towards exascale computers
