Objective

The aim of this conference is to meet the requirements of copyright law practitioners to keep informed about the recent case law and the latest EU legislative developments. The focus will be on the Communication from the European Commission in December 2015 on a more modern European copyright framework – following up the Digital Single Market Strategy – which is expected to have a significant impact on the EU copyright system and its enforcement.
