Navigating through the EU trade negotiations

A Friday session on Trade deals and the European Union

Even before the recent opposition to CETA, negotiating trade deals with the European Union were hardly ever as easy as it might seem; but now things might be getting even more interesting.

Join us for a Friday session on Trade deals and the European Union were we will talk about:

  • Never mind the fancy words – how much time does it actually take to conclude a deal with Brussels?
  • Opposing political forces and how the political families are split on trade policy
  • What exactly is the European Parliament’s role in International Trade – and have they ever actually blocked a trade deal?

We hope you can join us for what promises to be an insightful and fruitful conversation.

To confirm your participation, please register by email. We would be grateful if you could register by Thursday 9 March.

We look forward welcoming you.
