The International Conference organized by INCSMPS Bucharest, Romania will discuss issues as:
    - Labour market segmentation;
    - Segmentation and the market for the high qualified and creative employees and managers;
    - The frictionless trade space of the EU and the various types of labour market segmentation in
Europe;
    - Role of policy making and policy learning in tackling segmentation of labour markets in Europe;
    - Research instruments, techniques and methods for the study of labour market segmentation; Results to date and the way forward.

The conference will also include a round table on "Evaluations of the 2014-2020 Employment Strategy", when the INCSMPS' recent publication „Evaluari ale implementarii Strategiei de ocupare, 2014 – 2020" will be presented.
