It is our pleasure to invite you to the 7th PAR International Leadership Conference PILC 2018,  which will take place from 30th to 31st March 2018 in Opatija, Croatia.

PILC is the only Croatian scientific and professional leadership conference where business people, scientists, politicians as well as students from all over the world meet. The aim of the Conference is to improve knowledge, business skills and leadership through the experiences of prominent leaders from various fields of economy.

The main topic of this year's PILC, “From Entrepreneur to Leader”, will be covered by both Croatian and international experts in several panel discussions. The main panel discussion will be dedicated to the challenges family businesses face at different stages of their development, including transfer of business as well. Since the Conference is based on an interdisciplinary approach where different aspects of the main topic will be discussed, the participants will have a unique opportunity to acquire and enhance their leadership skills, and learn how to improve the transfer of ownership process.

The second part of the Conference will be dedicated to the following issues: Leaders as Economic Growth Generators in Tourism and Leaders in Digital Transformation.
