Manuel is in charge of projects focusing on innovation management and digitalization for companies of any size, from start-ups/SMEs to multinational corporates. With ten years of experience in digitalization, consultancy and business planning, Manuel has operational insights on innovation management and is passionate in not only applying agile work techniques and innovation management in daily business but also support others in doing so. Manuel has worked and lived on three different continents, including the USA and the Republic of South Korea. Before joining IMP³rove, he was leading a part of the business development and venture activities of Germany’s leading broadcasting media group. Prior to that Manuel has built up a market-leading e-Commerce start-up in the telecommunications industry and consulted multinational industrial corporates in strategic and marketing/pricing ;
