E-commerce IP Policy and the Ues of Technology in IP Protection on JD.com

, CBBC and China IPR SME Helpdesk co-organized this webinar aiming at supporting SMEs to utilise ’s brand protection system, fighting against IP infringement on the platform

In partnership with , CBBC and China IPR SME Helpdesk will co-host an IP webinar on Monday, 16 November 2020, with a view to improve the understanding of SMEs on online IP enforcement on Chinese E-commerce platforms. This webinar aims to support SMEs to utilise ;s brand protection system, fighting against IP infringement on the platform, and also understand how technology empowers IP protection and business growth.

During the first presentation of the webinar, Mr. Matias Zubimendi, the IP Business Advisor at China IPR SME Helpdesk will focus on IP policy and the role of new technologies. The second part of presentation concerns the protection on will divide to 2 sessions, Mr. Wu Di talk about how to use technology to protect brands on and Ms. Yolanda Yin will offer cross-border retails solutions.

The webinar concludes in a Q&A session, where SMEs are given the opportunity to raise questions and further discuss with the speakers.
