EFQM Assessor Online Training by ITQM

This EFQM Assessor Online Training (Model 2020) is designed for individuals who want to understand, apply the EFQM Model within their working environment, and know variations of organizational self-assessments or be part of a team conducting external EFQM assessments. Using award applicatiion documents, participants will learn the task of an EFQM Assessor. This training is also a pre-requisite fo anyone who wishes to become an Award Assessor for the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM).
