This year’s conference is aimed at providing legal practitioners with a comprehensive update on the most recent developments from the European Commission and the Court of Justice of the EU in the field of EU public procurement law.
Special attention will be paid to the practical issues and challenges faced by the participants in the procurement process. A focus will also be placed on procurement by EU institutions and bodies.
Who should attend?
Ministry officials and other civil servants dealing with public procurement matters, lawyers in private practice and in-house counsel.
This is a hybrid event. You can participate either face-to-face in Trier or online and you can switch your participation method at no cost until one day before the event.
