The conference, part of the European Year for Skills 2023, will continue tradition of the celebration of the World Sensitive Day connecting researchers, practitioners, industry, and students to exchange ideas, frame problems, and share solutions across a range of specialties concerned with recommendations. In cooperation with the Architects Association in Rome we will address the theme of the design of workplaces and co-working spaces inspired by the New European Bauhaus.  Two other themes will be explored from different perspectives: sensitive organisations and HR management and sensitive career management skills.
