After presenting the results of the empirical research and providing insights into the design of the data model, we would like to explore the potential of using artificial intelligence in data models and to gather stakeholders' views on the model to optimise the personal learning account. The model will consist of generated data on learners and training, and will include data on soft skills and their level, enabling AI-based data analysis and decision support methods - for government, employers or other stakeholders.
