The European Innovation Council (EIC) is inviting EIC Fund selected beneficiaries to join the next EIC ePitching on Cardiovascular and Respiratory Diseases, to take place on 15 February 2024. The selected EIC Fund companies will have the opportunity to pitch to a jury of top-level European investors from Apollo Health Venture, BioGeneration Ventures, Böhringer Ingelheim Venture Fund, Bullnet Capital, Capricorn Partners, Eleven Ventures, Hadean Ventures, Indaco Venture Partners, Invivo Capital, Imec.xpand, Kurma Partners, MIG AG, Novo Holdings, Panakès Partners, Pathena Investments, Peppermint Venture Partners, Vesalius Biocapital, Supernova Invest, Turenne Capital, V-Bio Ventures, Xange.

Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death in the EU, with respiratory diseases trailing not too far behind, in third place, in 2019. These conditions have a massive impact on European and Global Healthcare, and novel technologies to address them are essential.

The EIC ePitching on Cardiovascular and Respiratory Diseases on 15 February 2024 will turn the spotlight to the EIC-backed innovators developing solutions to tackle these conditions. 

If selected, EIC beneficiaries will get to pitch their innovations in front of some of the most qualified European investors, with the added benefit of receiving exclusive training and the possibility of being invited for one-to-one meetings and follow-up.

In order to qualify for selection, you must complete the application form. Please makes sure the information completed allows EIC to verify your eligibility for the call (I.e fill in correctly the project number, acronym).

Please note that your profile will be shared with the session’s jury members, which will base their selection according to the information you submitted, as well as their investment preferences. Any information you submit is also liable to be shared in an upcoming call for investors, as well as an event brochure.
