The Panel will bring together 150 randomly selected citizens from all 27 EU Member States – the youngest being 16 years old, the oldest 80 years old, with representatives of all paths of lives: among them a farmer, a costume designer, a pilot, a doctor and a personal coach. During three Panel sessions, between February and April, they will discuss the challenges and benefits of energy efficiency, and how households, businesses, and communities can take action.
