The second International Healthy Workplaces Congress, hosted by our Portuguese focal point Autoridade para as Condições do Trabalho in collaboration with the Portuguese Laboratory for Healthy Working Environments (LABPATS) and the Lusófona University is taking place on16 May.

Building on the success of its inaugural edition, this second congress aims to serve as a place to exchange knowledge and discuss about the evolving landscape of work in a context of rapid societal and technological ;

One of the highlights of this year's edition is the presentation of the Portuguese Laboratory for Healthy Working Environments’ annual results. With a special emphasis on gender and the inter-generational workforce, these insights will shed light on key trends and areas for improvement in fostering healthy and inclusive workplaces.

The Congress will be accessible both online and in person at the Agostinho da Silva Auditorium, located at Lusófona University in Lisbon.
