We are European workers recruited by the EU after the 2004 Enlargement, without accountable equal opportunities (e.g. access to promotions, pensions or social dialogue). Our objective is to increase institutional transparency across the administration and promote social dialogue (e.g. Convention ILO98 Art.2).
We are a think-tank and informal social platform trying to support the EU public administration become more modern and more efficient, by offering access to social rights and preventing possible conflicts of interest between the employer and experienced trade unions.
