Over the past 70 years, the College of Europe has built a solid reputation for its knowledge, innovation and leadership on EU affairs. As part of its mission, the College of Europe in Bruges has been providing executive education, professional trainings and consultancy services since 1996. To do so, the College relies upon its extensive network of professors, including academics and practitioners from the public and the private sector, trainers, experts and alumni. On the one hand, as centre of excellence in professional training on EU affairs, the College delivers executive and tailor-made courses (with an average of more than 4,000 participants from over 65 different countries per year). The Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit association under Belgian law and is legally and financially autonomous. It was founded in 1950 to foster contacts between Belgium and Italy. Its resources come mainly from contributions of its members and from the benefit of its activities. The Chamber is recognized by the Italian Government under the law 01.07.1970 n.518 and certified ISO 9001. It is part of the Assocamerestero, the Italian Chambers of Commerce Association abroad, composed by 76 Chambers worldwide. It is located in the center of Brussels near the European Institutions. The Belgian-Italian Chamber of Commerce is the point of reference par excellence for any company willing to promote its own business and widen its network in Italy and in Belgium. Our mission EIPA was created in 1981 on the occasion of the first European Council held in Maastricht, and is supported by the EU Member States and the European Commission. Our core mission is to provide high quality training courses to develop the capacities of professionals, national and regional public administrations dealing with EU affairs, as well as the European Institutions. Over 60 years, we have been unstinting advocates of European integration through our international and interdisciplinary study programmes.The Centre international de formation européenne - CIFE - is a private institution of higher education and research, founded in 1954 with its head office in Nice and branch offices in Berlin, Bruxelles and Istanbul. It receives special funding in the framework of the Jean Monnet Programme of the European Union. Every year, students from all continents and a great variety of countries enroll in its programmes, which lead to a degree at Master level (EQF 7) recognised by the French state.

The general aim of the EForum is to help establish and develop victim-offender mediation and other restorative justice practices throughout Europe. To further this general aim, the Forum will pursue the following objectives: Promote international exchange of information and mutual help; Promote the development of effective restorative justice policies, services and legislation; Explore and develop the theoretical basis of restorative justice; Stimulate research, etc.
