Litsa has a BA (English, Psychology, and Honors) from Arcadia University and an MA (Linguistics) from the University of Pennsylvania. She  is certified as a Quality Matters Master Reviewer and a member of the Rubric Committee which is composed of professionals who are experts on the Quality Matters Higher Education Rubric. QM gathers a small committee every two years that works to evaluate the existing standards and annotations for improvement based on best practices and instructional design principles, supported by the research.
