Geir Sæther holds a Master of Science degree in Electronics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Master of Management degree from BI Norwegian School of Management.

Since joining TOMRA in 1995, he has led several technology development initiatives which have proven to set new industry standards.

Sæther joined TOMRA’s Circular Economy division as a Senior Vice President in 2019. Here he is focusing on novel solutions for collecting and recycling valuable resources, contributing to reducing greenhouse gas emissions and minimizing terrestrial and marine littering.
