Mr Greg Dunn

VP of Customer Insight

Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Greg obtained his BA and MA in psychology from Carleton University in Ottawa. Awarded an FP7 Early Stage Training Marie Curie Fellowship, Greg moved to Eindhoven, the Netherlands in 2005. There he completed his Ph.D. (2010) at the Technische Universiteit Eindhoven (TU/e), whilst being placed full-time as a researcher at Philips Research for innovation in music recommendation systems. He moved to London in 2010, where he’s worked for numerous
companies as a user-experience expert or consultant across several different industries before joining RBS as VP of customer insight in March 2015. In his spare time, Greg competes internationally in curling. He has recently represented England at the World Mixed Curling Championships in Kazan, Russia in 2016.
