She has gained broad experience and knowledge of back-office support functions with her most significant achievements being the successful delivery of significant transformational change projects. Her current role includes project managing the innovative and transformational change to a new model of care, Local Cornerstone, which addresses a multitude of challenges facing the care sector.

“I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in both public and private sectors and am exceptionally enthusiastic and love working,” said Mairi. “As well as ensuring we deliver exceptional services at Cornerstone Central, my other aim is to build on the existing good practices within the organisation while introducing Local Cornerstone, bringing with it a range of benefits for our colleagues, and more importantly the people we support across Scotland.”

Mairi enjoys taking on new challenges, both in her professional and personal life. Her current personal challenge is training for the infamous West Highland Way to raise money for The Cornerstone Foundation.
