Swetlana Adamsky, MD, PhD, serves as a Senior Director of Translational Research at Quark Pharmaceuticals, Inc. She has over 20 years of research experience in both academia and pharmaceutical industry. Dr. Adamsky has received her MD degree from the Russian National Research Medical
University (former 2nd Moscow Medical Institute), Moscow, Russia and her PhD degree in Biochemistry - from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Rehovot, Israel. Since joining Quark more than 10 years ago, Dr. Adamsky has been responsible for numerous translational research programs
advancing them from a stage of concept to drug nomination and initiation of IND-enabling studies.
