He is Partner at Talent Equity Ventures, a venture capital fund focused on HR and Education technology startups and managing partner of HRTechTank , an investment advisory boutique focused on HR tech and an international series of Demo Day events for HR tech startups

He is also Founder of  #HRU, a social learning platform for HR professionals hosting 60+ conferences around the worlds every year, as well Founding Board Member at TalentTechLabs, an Incubator for early stage HR tech startups in New York.

He holds a doctoral degree in Economics from State University of Management in Moscow.
