As an Electronic Engineer graduated in Milano, Italy, Valerio Alessandroni has been involved in some of the technical arguments that lead to Industry 4.0, particularly in the Industrial Automation area
Lectures and keynotes for customers like the Tallinn Technical University, the Zigurat Global Institute of Technology (Barcelona University) and international Erasmus+ projects and the partnerships with the German Innovation Center for Industry 4.0 (Regensburg), Bureau Veritas Italy (Milano) and the Italian Association of Instrument Manufacturers (GISI) are among his recent references, from which some books resulted and also the open Linkedin group 'Industry 4.0 in Europe'.
Since he became an Ambassador of the past Watify initiative (European Commission) he is committed in helping specially small and medium companies to reap the benefits of technological innovation through a better understanding of digitalization and the use of available public funds, that are often ignored.
More recently he contributed to establish EFCC Estonian Fieldbus Competency Centre, a company with offices in Estonia and in Italy that offers courses and consultation services in the Industry 4.0 area all around Europe.
