The European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument is the 2007-2013 new instrument gathering under one single umbrella, the former EUROMED and TACIS programmes. As regards financial allocations, the ENPI will provide a total amount of 11.181 billion euro over the 2007-2013 period to finance project in a very large scope of activity, e.g.: political dialogue and reform; good governance; fight against corruption and fraud; sustainable development; regional and local development; social inclusion, gender equality, non-discrimination, employment; health; education and training; research and innovation; human rights and fundamental freedoms; democratisation; energy, telecommunication and transport; food safety; historical and cultural heritage; tourism; efficient and secure border management; development of civil society and NGO; support to the private sector; etc.Subjects covered :The institutional framework, the programmes implemented under ENPI, the calls for proposal published as well as the rules and good practices to build up application files. The community action programmes opened to these countries will also be mentioned.Objective :To understand the programming process, the identification of the relevant country, multi-country and cross-border cooperation programmes and interlocutors, the call for proposals functioning, the method and good practices to be followed to design a good application, to build the logical framework matrix and the budget.
