As every summer, CIFE (Centre International de Formation Européenne) organises a summer university in Slobodia, Romania and Silistra, Bulgaria, from 25th to 31th of July, 2010. This year, the topic of the session is about "L'Europe en tant que communauté de Droit: l'après-adhésion de la Roumanie et de la Bukgarie". The participants will discuss about "Europe and Human Rights", financial crisis and other various questions...Join the programme to discover or to deepen the topic, through teachings by and discussions with renowned lecturers from all over Europe! It also will be a great opportunity to meet students coming from various countries and to enjoy the particular, stimulating atmosphere of an international group of work, in two different countries.
