Carbon Action is a standard for measuring and cutting carbon emissions. It is recognised by the Environment Agency as a Carbon Trust Standard (CTS) equivalent to gain Early Action Merits under the Carbon Reduction Commitment Scheme (CRCS) in the UK.
The 2 day workshop for Carbon Action offers delegates the opportunity to become Carbon Action Business Advisors, allowing them to offer advice and implementation support to customers on a commercial basis. It allows delegates to understand climate change science, legislation and standards and how to implement the Carbon Action Standard.Delegate are typically environmental managers or energy managers or environmental consultants that are looking to expand their product portfolio and offer the Carbon Action Standard. The fee is £395 plus VAT for the 2 days, which includes a registration fee to the Centre for Assessment, valid for 12 months.Advisors that implement the Standard and then bring their clients to the Centre for Assessment for final assessment will recieve a 10% commission.
