Friends Online

How can local authorities tackle cyber bullying?Partille Municipality invites you to a seminar to present experiences from their Daphne project.

Do children get bullied in your countries? Do children and teenagers bully each other via e-mail, sms, websites and social media?This happens in our country and we decided to do something about it! Partille Municipality in Sweden, hasduring 2010–2011 together with Friends Foundation and partners in Italy, Romania and Spain in a Daphne project created a website called "Friends Online".We would like to share this useful information with interested parties in other countries in Europe!The material is intended to be a support in the preventative work against bullying with an enhanced focus on the Internet. On this website you find material which is directed towards children, young people and adults.The material is based on exercises, discussions and missions. Everything aims at preventing bullying andpromoting a good atmosphere, both online and offline.
