Euroheat & Power and the RHC-Platform are partnering to hold a joint annual conference under the auspices of the Danish Presidency of the EU and with support of the European Commission.The conference will be held from 26-27 April 2012 in Copenhagen, Denmark.Experts from all over Europe will gather to explore the possibilities for smart cities to make use of renewable energy and district heating and cooling to provide comfort and to their citizens and foster the local economy. With the aim to encourage research, innovation and development, the conference will cover a wide range of renewable resources, in particular biomass, geothermal and solar thermal, as well as cross-cutting technologies.Sessions and roundtable discussions will not only show-case best practice, but also allow participants to learn about latest developments in financing, market and technology developments, as well as legal framework conditions.
