She regularly holds workshops on scholarly writing and grant writing, and has recently published the book “Writing for Scholars: A Practical Guide to Making Sense and Being Heard” (a free copy is included forparticipants).Angela DoveAngela is from England and is a published writer and experienced in proofreading, redrafting and editing. Current work includes an ongoing writing mentoring scheme involving working individually with writers and in a workshop context. She is a trainer for the Chartered Institute of Information Professionals. Since 2002 as visiting lecturer at The Cass Business School, City University London, she is actively involved in research including writing academic papers, as well as teaching and learning innovation.Eamonn McDonaghEamonn is from Ireland and has more than 20 years of experience in English language teaching in language institutes, schools and universities in Argentina, Italy, Turkey, Korea, the Netherlands and the UK. He took a degree in History and Political Science from the National University of Ireland, Galway and later received an MA in TEFL from the University of Reading in the UK. The teaching of writing, especially academic writing, has long been one of his central professional interests.
