Due to the sharp reduction of feed-in remuneration in Germany and small support in the photovoltaic sector in countries like Austria, new challenges rise for the European photovoltaic industry. It is mainly not about to reach with the inverters an efficiency factor of 99 percent or to research new technologies in the module area. Important is to develop new business models, so that the customers can use the services of the PV sector without the state financial support. The conference should indicate the photovoltaic sector the developement potential and present solutions suggestions for new business models respectively concepts.
