The European Commission is expected to present soon a new initiative aimed at enhancing the functioning of the retail energy markets. This process should in particular foster consumers' engagement and help them control their energy costs.While a public consultation is on-going, the European Photovoltaic Industry Association (EPIA) and the Smart Energy Demand Coalition (SEDC) are partnering for an event during which concrete levers for consumers' empowerment will be presented.Discover how demand response, self-consumption of renewable electricity and energy cooperatives can bring more benefits to energy consumers!This event will also be the occasion to exchange with representatives from the European Commission and energy regulators about how to ensure these solutions are supported and developed.A networking cocktail will follow.
